Heute war der erste richtige Arbeitstag. Um punkt 8 Uhr bin ich da gewesen. Die Griechen erst ab 9 Uhr. Also ab 9 war es Schluss mit lustig und die Patienten kamen in massen wieder. Verschiedene Diagnosen…und niemand hat etwas dagegen einen Psychiater zu sehen oder Psychopharmaka zu schlucken. Häufigster Überweisungsgrund war aber TUBERKOLUSE. Ja richtig gehört. Mehr als 10 Fälle mit typischen Symptomen und die Patienten ahnen nicht was das ist und kämpfen damit seit EINIGEN Tagen und Wochen. Wir rechnen mit mehr.

Today was the first real working day. At 8 o’clock I was there. The Greeks only from 9 o’clock. So from 9 the patients came in crowds. Different diagnoses…and nobody has anything against seeing a psychiatrist or swallowing psychotropic drugs. The most frequent reason for referral was TUBERKOLUSIS. Yes, you heard correctly.
